At ADM Group, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, admgroupindia.com.
Information We Collect
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you fill any form on the website. This may include your name, email address, phone number and other information.
In addition to the data mentioned previously, cookies will be saved on your computer during use of our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored in a categorised form by the browser you use. The site that sets the cookie (in this case us) gets specific information from it. Cookies cannot run any programs or transfer viruses to your computer. They are used to make the Internet presentation as a whole more user-friendly and more efficient.
Contact via forms on website
- When you make contact with us via any form on the website, your details will be processed for the purpose of handling your contact inquiry.
- The legal basis for the processing of the data via our contact form is Art. 6 Para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.
- As soon as you have contacted us via the contact form, the data you have indicated and the contact inquiry will automatically be stored in our Customer Relationship Management System ("CRM System").
Use of Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Communicate with you, including sending you updates, promotional materials, and newsletters.
- Improve our website and customer service.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except to trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
Use of cookies
This website uses so-called cookies. They are used to make our website more user-friendly, efficient and secure. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your end device and are stored by your browser (locally). Cookies contain only pseudonymous, and for the most part even anonymous, data. Some cookies remain for the duration of a browser session (so-called session cookies), other are stored for the long term (so-called persistent cookies, e.g. consent settings). The latter are deleted automatically after the indicated time in each case (generally 6 months). As well as our own cookies, some cookies controlled by third parties are used. These cookies use the information contained in the cookies to, for example, show content to you or record pages you have visited.
On the grounds of our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f EU GDPR) we place technically necessary cookies that are absolutely required to operate the website and ensure its functional capability. Furthermore, without your consent, we place cookies whose sole purpose is the storage of or access to information stored in the end device for the transfer of messages or when they are absolutely necessary to provide the service you have expressly requested, § 25 para. 2 TDDDG.
With your consent, other cookies are used that enable us or third parties to analyse how our services are used. This allows us to create content that meets the needs of our users. In addition, cookies make it possible for us to measure the effectiveness of a specific advertisement and to arrange for its placement according to users' topical interests. The legal basis for this is your express consent (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a EU GDPR, § 25 para. 1 TDDDG [Telecommunications Telemedia Data Protection Act]).
Most browsers accept cookies automatically. You can also deactivate, restrict or delete cookies manually through the settings in your browser or use software to do so. If you disable cookie placement, comprehensive use of our website is not possible or only possible with restrictions.
Tracking and analysis services Google Analytics
We use the Google Analytics tracking tool from Google Ireland Limited on our website. Thus, your interactions with our website as a user will be recorded and evaluated systematically.
As a result, the following data of yours will be stored:
- The first three bytes of your IP address
- A Google Analytics ID assigned to you
- The accessed website
- The referrer (the website from which you came to the accessed website)
- The additional sub-pages accessed
- The time spent on the website
- The frequency of accessing the website
- Browser type used
- Language settings used
- Device and operating system used
The purpose of processing your personal data by the Google Analytics service is to analyse the interaction of our website visitors with our website. By evaluating the data obtained here, we can optimise our offer and increase user-friendliness.
YouTube embeds
We have included videos from the YouTube platform on our website (embeds). Data is always transferred to the server of the corresponding platform. These processing operations are based on your consent, which you can revoke at any time:
Embedding on YouTube is carried out using the technical process known as framing. Framing involves the mere insertion of an HTML link provided by YouTube into the code of a website to create a playback frame on the third-party website and thus enable the video stored on YouTube servers to be played.
We use the framing codes generated by YouTube in the so-called "extended data protection mode". According to the YouTube platform, the cookie activity and the resulting data collection is only linked to the use of the playback function of the video itself. Against this background, data collection through the mere use of the website with framed content is prevented.
In order to be able to play the YouTube content, we require your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you can give - if you have not already given it as part of your privacy settings - via the button in the respective section of the video. Please note that your IP address will be transmitted to YouTube (YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave. San Bruno, CA 94066 USA) and that the provider will set cookies in your browser. This is a data transfer to an insecure third country, so in this case there is a risk that your data may be processed by US authorities for control and monitoring purposes without you having any legal recourse. However, we take the possible measures required under data protection law in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR to establish the level of data protection in the third country.
Data Security
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any linked websites.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
