Surbhi Mehtani

As a director of ADM, Surbhi spearheads the digitization drive & sustainability across the group. Besides that, she is also the founder of the ADM Foundation – our CSR vertical. In addition to that, she also deals with multiple sections of the company — from giving solutions on technical problems to dealing with the actual needs of the people, her contribution is unparalleled. She is also responsible for implementing policies and best practices that promote gender equality & provide culture-related direction.

Devdatta Ratnakar

Mr. Ratnakar is currently leading our greenfield project of Bellows with the agenda to develop both automotive and industrial markets. This vertical's vision is providing the highest variety of Bellows produced in the country. His rich experience of working with various industries, extensive technical know-how and knowledge of innovation and management concepts immensely supports the Group.

Sandip oversees one of our JV companies, i.e., Yinlun ADM. This company makes EGR coolers. He also leads our Engineering Group and handles Innovation and Future Mobility projects. His Knowledge of Powertrain and innovation gives this Group a cutting edge. He strongly believes in developing leaders and has been successful in developing home-grown technical engineers to lead management positions. His contribution has bestowed the Group with several ground-breaking achievements.

Abhishek Sharma

Abhishek leads our Tubes Division. This plant has the world's highest capacity of hydro-formed tubes made under one roof. As a Business Head, he is driving the top line and bottom line for this division. He develops and continuously improves organisational efficiency to optimise sales, revenue generation and maximise profitability. He is known for his agility in decision making, people connect and is his team’s favourite!

Anil Mehta

Mehtaji, as we fondly call him, handles governance, and ensures we meet all statutory compliances. Having a profound understanding & experience of accounting strategy and financial business objectives, Mehta ji is responsible for communicating the risks involved in key decisions. He manages group investment and is actively involved in ADM’s Logistic & realty verticals. Being very meticulous and diligent, he is a strong pillar at the ADM group.

Vibha Anoop develops and executes the Human Resource strategy in the ADM group. This includes ensuring the right talent at the right place, capability building and nurturing a culture that accelerates ADM group. She designs and finalises the HR policies, contributing to business strategy, developing workforce plans and programs that align with the organisation’s overall strategic objectives. Her understanding of business and strong execution skills has strengthened the group's HR functionality.
